School Lunches

Our school meals are all prepared and cooked on site using fresh ingredients.

This enables us to offer a variety of dishes which our Junior Leadership Team help to choose on behalf of our pupils.

Our kitchen is fully Halal compliant and is regularly inspected by the Council for Mosques.

We are also audited three times per year for Food Safety and Service Standards - our latest report can be found HERE

All our menus include allergen information.

School dinner prices:

Years 3 - 6 are charged £2.30 per day

Nursery children who stay for lunch pay £2.10 per day

Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 classes do not currently pay for their school dinners as they are provided

for free under the Government Universal Infant FSM scheme.

However, parents of children in all years are encouraged to apply to receive Free School Meals.

This is different from the Universal Scheme mentioned above and is a means tested benefit. School receives additional funding from the Government for anyone who qualifies. This enables us to provide them with a free meal and other benefits, including free milk and trips.
